- The American Petroleum Institute (www.api.org) is a major trade association representing the US petroleum industry. The API issues a closely watched Weekly Statistical Bulletin (www.api.org/statistics/) every Tuesday that focuses on US petroleum product inventories, imports and refinery activity.
- The Energy Information Agency (EIA) (www.eia.doe.gov) is a statistical agency in the US Department of Energy that develops and disseminates a wide array of energy data, analyses, and forecasts.
