Benefits of L.E.D. Technology.

Nothing has greater impact than lighting. Lighting influences the appearance, tone and impression of every object and space. The nature of light shapes our vision. Lighting technology has come a long way since the invention of Edison’s light bulb. We are excited to present to you the next evolutionary step in LED technology.

Specializing in patented LED technology, New Holiday Lighting offers long lasting, low maintenance and energy efficient solutions. Through direct partnerships with factory facilities and state of the art product development, we are the perfect partner for your lighting needs. LED technology provides no glass bulbs to break or filaments to burn out, and requires only 2% of the energy needs of the standard fixture equivalent. We provide a patented plug-in technology on our light strings… a direct AC plug-in which eliminates the need for DC conversion. This allows installers the ability to connect more than a half mile of light, end to end, into one electrical outlet without the use of unsightly extension cords or expensive generators. There is no other product on the market today with these capabilities.

Our innovative retrofit products replace traditional incandescent light bulbs with LED technology without any modification to the light fixture. All of our products are available in a variety of lens styles and an array of colors including several color changing selections.

The ‘Light of the Future,’ the Light Emitting Diode, is rapidly replacing incandescent lighting in both decorative and commercial applications. As LED technology continues to go through revolutionary advances, The Keesling Group is dedicated to bringing cutting-edge technology to our clients.

2005 proved to be a huge success with LED lighting, with hundreds of high profile projects being installed all over the country. From the Wall Street Tree in New York City to the spectacular holiday tree at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas, LEDs were sweeping the country with their dazzling beauty and elegance.

What are LEDs? (Light Emitting Diode)
LEDs are semiconductor devices. Like transistors, and other diodes, LEDs are made out of silicon. What makes an LED give off light are the small amounts of chemical impurities that are added to the silicon, such as gallium, arsenide, indium, and nitride.

When current passes through the LED, it emits photons as a byproduct. Normal light bulbs produce light by heating a metal filament until it's white hot. Because LEDs produce photons directly and not via heat, they are far more efficient than incandescent bulbs.
