Paella in Spain Friday, July 16th, 6:00pm – 8:30pm Participation $65
Iberia is a region in Europe well known for its fresh seafood, sun-soaked saffron and large smiles. We start with a large glass of SANGRIA, red wine infused with fruit. Originally from the Andalusian region of Spain comes the famous and deliciously cold GAZPACHO SOUP, creamy tomato and cucumber. A traditional entrée served in every Iberian home from Barcelona to Lisbon is the seafood and saffron-rich PAELLA. Saffron is an auspicious spice used in many dishes and we will discuss and enjoy its flavor. When the Paella is ready we will sit down to a hearty meal. Guaranteed to put a smile on your face.
