Mission Statement:
I left the software industry to follow my passion but not before living in Belgium, Germany, India, Japan, Singapore, Spain, Portugal and, most recently, Canada. In that time I have come to realize that the kitchen is truly the heart of the home.
My culinary experience is hands-on, in kitchens around the world. Living with families has given me a depth and understanding first-hand: from using a Tandoori oven to navigating the Tokyo fish markets.
All these people I have met, they whose lives have touched mine, have left an indelible imprint on me. My life has been so privileged, and yet I feel humble because there is still so much I do not know. It would be a shame to have had all these experiences and not share them. By teaching others, I will be able to honor those beautiful people who welcomed me into their lives.
