Daniel P. Gerash

Daniel P. Gerash has appeared in numerous jurisdictions through out the state of Colorado on both criminal and civil cases. In addition to his civil trial experience, he has tried numerous murder cases and other serious felony cases to juries throughout his legal career. He is a trial attorney practicing in the areas of Personal Injury, Products Liability, Medical and Professional Malpractice, Criminal Defense and Employment Discrimination.

Mr. Gerash is currently representing people in cases involving:

catastrophic personal injury and/or death as a result of medical malpractice
toxic tort involving arsenic treated lumber
wrongful death
civil rights violations
psychiatric medical malpractice
mass tort action arising from a bus crash in Italy
serious felony level criminal cases

After leaving the Colorado State Public Defender's trial office in Denver in 1995, Mr. Gerash joined his renowned father, Walter L. Gerash as a partner in the law firms of Gerash, Miranda, & Gerash, P.C. followed by Gerash, Prugh, & Gerash, L.L.C. Most recently, Mr. Gerash has formed his own law firm, Gerash, Toray & Gerash, P.C. with his wife, Karen M. Gerash and partner, E. Richard (Rick) Toray. Mr. Gerash continues to associate with his father on select cases.
