Negotiations
Our experts will negotiate rates on your behalf with airlines, car rental agencies and hotels. We will recommend routings and carriers to maximize your travel dollars. You can also purchase consolidator tickets through Frosch.

Our Management Team
We monitor your travel activity, provide ongoing cost control advice, develop travel policies, negotiate with vendors, help enforce corporate travel policy and arrange special accounts for easy payment. Frosch tailors accounting and online reports specific to your management needs.

Computer Services and Satellite Ticket Printer
By using Amadeus® reservation system, we have access to more than 300,000 city pairs, unbiased schedules and availability for hundreds of carriers, including over 50 car rental companies and more than 20,000 hotel properties. Frosch continuously conducts low fare searches to ensure you receive the best price for your travel request. Four additional assurance checks secure the lowest fare, availability of flight and seat, as well as continuity of the itinerary.

Quality Assurance
We believe quality assurance ensures cost-effective, problem-free trips. That’s why we perform an extensive check for each passenger, confirming such details as special meals, hotel and car information, form of payment, seat assignment and frequent flyer number.

International Rate Desk
Calculating international fares is complex and frustrating. At Frosch, we provide additional verification of the lowest fare for each international itinerary along with advice on currency fluctuations and transit restrictions, value conscious purchase ticketing and passport, visa and travel advisories.

Hotel Program
We can book a company’s current negotiated hotel or use our own ABC/Corp hotel program. Through our consortiums, often times Frosch can pass on a 10 to 40 percent savings off rack rates.

Car Rates
Frosch can book a company’s current negotiated car rate or assist in the negotiation process. Through our various consortiums, we have achieved substantial savings based on volume and vendor support.

Worldwide After-Hours Service
We provide a 24-hour, worldwide travel emergency service system. Frosch prints each toll-free number on every itinerary and invoice.

Value Added Tax (VAT Recovery)
Frosch provides VAT recovery through the International Sales Tax Refund Corporation. Most European business expenses include a 15 to 20 percent VAT in multiple currencies. We can help you reclaim that tax. If a refund is claimed, the fee is 18 percent of the assessed tax.

Groups and Meetings
Frosch can coordinate meetings, conferences or any other group travel. Our knowledgeable staff will not only help you choose a destination, but negotiate rates and plan every detail to make the corporate travel manager’s job easier.
